As part of the 2023 Oceanside Plein Air Festival, artists will paint the beaches and iconic structures of Oceanside’s Harbor. This is a "just for fun" communal painting event and will not be judged.

Only Registered Festival Artists may RSVP. The public is invited to watch artworks come to life.
